Hey there, I’m Michele – and I know exactly what it feels like to be drowning in the chaos of motherhood and career.
I’m a certified Breathwork Teacher, working mom, and the voice behind BreatheIntoCalm.com. A few years back, I was living the impossible juggle we all know too well – managing deadlines while managing tantrums, trying to be present for my kids while excelling at work, and somehow keeping everyone fed, clothed, and reasonably happy.
Sound familiar?
I hit that wall hard. You know the one – where you’re running on fumes, your heart races from the moment you wake up, and you feel like you’re failing at everything despite giving it your all. I couldn’t catch my breath (literally and figuratively), I was constantly on edge, and I felt like I was losing myself in the endless demands of being “everything to everyone.”
That’s when I stumbled upon something that changed everything: the incredible power of intentional breathing.
It wasn’t magic, and it wasn’t instant – but as I started giving myself just a few minutes each day to breathe properly, something shifted. My anxiety began to melt away, my energy returned, and for the first time in years, I started to feel like me again. Not just “mom” or “employee,” but Michele.
Here’s what I’ve learned: We working moms don’t need another thing on our to-do list. We need simple, effective tools that work in real time – in the car after a rough drop-off, during our lunch break, or those precious few minutes before the kids wake up.
My mission is simple: to help you find your calm in the chaos. To show you that even with everything on your plate, YOU have the power to regulate your nervous system, reduce your overwhelm, and reclaim your peace – one breath at a time.
Whether you’re here because you’re feeling anxious, exhausted, or just desperate for a moment of quiet in your mind, consider this your sanctuary. A place where you don’t have to be perfect, where 5 minutes counts, and where your well-being actually matters.
Because here’s the truth: When mama breathes better, everyone benefits.
Ready to find your calm? Let’s do this together.
Disclaimer: Breathwork is a safe and gentle practice, however, someone with medical conditions such as glaucoma and high blood pressure should avoid breathing practices where the breath is retained.
