Hey there, I’m Michele, a certified Breathwork Teacher and the voice behind BreatheIntoCalm.com!
A few years back, I found myself at a point of exhaustion and fatigue due to the unrelenting speed and pressures of life. Yup, I had hit the proverbial wall. I couldn’t catch my breath, my heart was always racing, and I constantly felt on edge.
That’s when I, somewhat accidentally, stumbled upon the incredible power of breathing properly. It wasn’t an instant fix, and paying attention to my breath is something I still do to this day, but as I started to tap into the amazing potential of the breath, my anxiety melted away, my energy skyrocketed, and I finally started to feel like myself again. Believe me, being mindful of my breath completely transformed everything.
My long-term aim is to make life more peaceful, balanced and fulfilling so that everyday stressors won’t feel so, well, stressful. I have come to realize the devil is truly in the details, and I believe it is our daily routines and habits that dictate our overall well-being.
So my here goal is simple: to guide you in calming inner chaos and cultivating lasting peace. To show you that YOU hold the power to bring about the life you desire and that something as simple as your breath is the torch that can light the path to get you there.
At BreatheIntoCalm.com, I share tips, guides, and inspiration on how to use intentional breathing to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and improve sleep.
Whether you’re here to explore breathing exercises, reduce stress, ease anxiety, or improve sleep, consider BreatheIntoCalm.com your sanctuary. Join me in creating a life filled with tranquility, one mindful breath at a time.
It’s a pleasure to meet you!
